Casita Soares operates off-grid, with power provided by an on-site generator. The system supports lighting, charging, and essential appliances, allowing you to enjoy modern comforts while experiencing a more intentional, slower-paced stay.

Yes—power is available throughout your stay and is set up to support your day-to-day needs comfortably.

The generator is housed in a separate shed to help minimize noise. While you may hear a light ambient sound at times, most guests find it fades into the background during their stay.

Yes—Blanca, our 9 year old Cocker Spaniel, lives on-site. She’s gentle and used to guests of all ages. But Blanca also has major hearing loss, so she may not respond to verbal cues or hear you approaching her. But she’s calm, adorable and part of the Casita Soares experience.

Casita Soares is located on private property and offers a peaceful, tucked-away feel. You may occasionally see us or our dog Blanca on the property, but we respect your space and privacy.

While the property feels quiet and removed, it’s still within a convenient driving distance to Metro Atlanta—making it easy to enjoy both a peaceful retreat and nearby attractions such as: the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Truist Park and Six Flags Over Georgia just to name a few.
